Dr. Sreedhar Bevara is an internationally recognised leadership author, TEDx speaker, entrepreneur, innovation adviser, and former senior corporate leader. From humble beginnings as a street vendor and waiter to contributing in corporate boardrooms and global innovation ecosystems, his journey reflects resilience, transformation, and purpose driven leadership.
He is the Founder & CEO of BMR Innovations and Founder of Aayu AI, a GenAI-driven healthtech startup focused on predictive and personalised healthcare. His work spans leadership development, innovation ecosystems, entrepreneurship, and strategic collaborations across India and the UAE.
Dr. Bevara serves as Adviser to the Goa State Innovation Council and Professor of Practice at BITS Pilani Dubai. He is also associated with IBPC, IPF, and CEPA 2.0 dialogue engagements with the UAE Ministry of Trade.
