As Vice President of R&D at Schneider Electric, Sandhya is leading various CoE teams to unlock breakthrough innovation and deliver impactful solutions for a sustainable future. She thrive in dynamic environments—championing diversity, guiding organisations through change, leveraging ecosystem to drive Innovations at Scale across functions and borders. Sandhya is also Chair to India R&D council that is core to devising India R&D Strategy across Competencies and Innovation.
