About me
Rajesh Kumar brings 18 years of deep expertise in India's higher education and employability landscape. His ventures, Kalvium and FACE Prep, have enabled 7 million students and early-stage graduates across 2,000+ colleges and 1,000+ enterprises and startups to bridge the theory-practice gap, a critical lever in India's human capital development.
As Co-founder of both Kalvium and FACE Prep, Rajesh has worked to influence policy frameworks and institutional design. From engaging with the Ministry of Education and state governments to contributing to national-level discussions on educational evolution in the AI era, he is a recognised voice on how technology and intentional institutional design can unlock India's human potential at scale.
Deeply committed to giving back to the community, Rajesh currently serves as President of the IIM Kozhikode Alumni Association, where he champions initiatives advancing the institute's impact and influence.
Rajesh is a Distinguished Alumni Awardee from both IIM Kozhikode (Class of 2007) and PSG College of Technology (Class of 2004)
