With over 18 years of experience in human resources, Priya has worked with organizations such as Infosys, Novo Nordisk, TE Connectivity, and Eli Lilly. Her background includes areas like Talent Acquisition, Organization Development, Rewards, Learning & Development, Talent Management, and Employee Communications.
Her work focuses on implementing HR strategies that leverage global diversity and team empowerment, fostering communication and inclusion at the workplace. She is committed to maintaining clear communication channels and supporting accountability at all levels. She continues her passion towards leadership coaching and helping people grow and advance their careers.
Priya loves to travel to new places and visit museums to learn about history and immerse in local cultural experiences. She has been to over 20 countries and considers herself a ‘global citizen’. Priya is an avid reader who makes it a point to complete at least one book per month. She aspires to be an author and share her own stories with the world someday.
