About me
Pallavi is currently the leader for Technology Controls for I&P.
She joined Wells Fargo on November 8, 2021, as the Lead for the Control Quality Assurance Utility.
Her role later expanded to include Central Programs such as RCSA Transformation, SHRP Change,
and Quality Central. She also led the Governance & Business Management team, centrally
supporting enablement activities prior to her current role.
Pallavi has more than 25 + years of work experience across the Technology and Controls environment. Her expertise includes information security management, development of controls and security frameworks, conceptualizing information security policy, audit, regulatory and compliance assessment, and quality assurance & testing, among others.
She joined from JPMorgan Chase where she was Executive Director and Information Security Manager Lead supporting APAC Corporate Technology. She was instrumental in establishing the regional information security model that included application security, strategic program execution, mergers and acquisitions, risk, controls, audit, regulatory and compliance management, and cybersecurity transformation. Prior to this, she held multiple roles within J.P. Morgan as Testing Lead for Enterprise Compute, Application Support and Development. She also has vast experience as Mainframe Infrastructure Engineer.
Before JPMorgan Chase, Pallavi worked with TESCO and Phoenix Global Solutions (TCS) in similar
profiles. Pallavi is a strong supporter of Inclusion & Opportunity and has led various initiatives in this regard
in previous and current roles, including being a sponsor for some key ERN programs. She is based in
Bengaluru and a proud mother of a teenager
