At the age of sixteen, he began working by delivering bus tickets across Coimbatore on a bicycle. Without the advantage of a family business or established resources, Manikandan built his career from the ground up. Over the years, he gained valuable experience in travel services, real estate consulting, and project management, developing a deep understanding of business, people, and growth.
In 2022, he founded Adissia Developers with a vision to create a real estate company built on trust, quality, and long-term value. Today, that vision has grown into a company generating over ₹600 crore in turnover, reflecting his commitment to excellence and disciplined execution.
