Madhur Tatwawadi is the Head - Human Resources, M&G India. A senior leader with over 22 years of experience with a proven track record of building and leading high performing teams. Madhur has extensive experience in managing significant change and transformation. Madhur comes with expertise in end-to-end HR deliverables including Business partnering, Recruitment, Learning & Talent Development and Strategy. Prior to M&G Global, Madhur held various HR leadership roles at a range of global businesses, including Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and Aegon Religare Life Insurance.
