About me
Krish Shankar is an HR professional with around four decades of experience and has led HR functions in organizations like Hindustan Unilever/Unilever, Bharti Airtel, Philips and Infosys, where he retired as Group Head of Human Resources. He is an Independent Director with Indira IVF Hospital Ltd, a Founding Mentor with Crossmentors, a visiting Professor at XLRI and also does some strategic consulting, in addition to working with a non-profit.
Shankar holds a postgraduate diploma in HR from XLRI, and has an executive certificate in Strategy and Organization from Stanford, and a Doctorate in Business Administration from Aston University, Birmingham.
Shankar is the author of ‘Catalyse- Power Up your People Ecosystem’. He was also the President of National HRD Network in India from 2019-2021. He was awarded the Distinguished Alumni Award by XLRI in 2019. He likes to explore new ideas in Organisation Development, Strategy and Leadership Development, and has written many articles in these areas
