Dr. Madan A. Sendhil is the Founder & Chairman of Rathinam Group and the Chancellor of Rathinam Global Deemed to be University. An innovation-driven entrepreneur, technopreneur, and infrastructure developer, he has played a significant role in building a future-ready ecosystem integrating education, industry, technology, and social impact.
With a strong academic foundation including a B.E. in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Coimbatore Institute of Technology, M.S. in Software Engineering from the University of Central Florida, and Ph.D. in Information & Communication Engineering from Anna University, Dr. Sendhil has combined technology expertise with entrepreneurial vision.
He has established multiple successful ventures in technology, IT infrastructure, incubation, and education. Under his leadership, Rathinam has grown into a multidisciplinary ecosystem with universities, schools, professional institutions, IT parks, and innovation initiatives. He has contributed significantly to startup development through incubation centres, investment initiatives, and entrepreneurship support.
