Chinmay Misra heads strategy and solutions, and is a founding team member of Prismforce, a leading Sequoia Capital backed AI/SaaS platform transforming how global technology and IT services companies manage their talent supply chains. He has been instrumental in scaling Prismforce rapidly, serving over 30 global IT providers and enterprises and earning recognition from top industry analysts. A former Sr. Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, Chinmay was part of the Tech, media, telecom practice and has served several tech services clients across India and US. He brings deep expertise in IT service delivery, digital transformation, and scaling technology organisations.
Chinmay holds an MBA from Indian School of Business, and B.Tech (Hons) from IIT Kharagpur, where he received the Dr. B C Roy Memorial Gold Medal. At Prismforce, he combines global consulting experience with a deep understanding of talent and technology to help tech enterprises reimagine workforce strategies and drive sustainable business impact.
