Anu is a global operations and technology transformation leader with over 25 years of experience building and scaling enterprise delivery across India, the US, Europe, and Southeast Asia. As SVP and Global Head of Agentic Operations at Genpact, she is leading the mandate to establish the world's first Agentic Operations at scale, where humans and AI collaborate to deliver outcomes that are faster, smarter, and more secure.
Over the course of her career, Anu has held leadership roles at FIS, DXC, and Infosys, driving large-scale operations with end-to-end P&L ownership, platform strategy, and enterprise transformation programs. She has delivered more than $500 million in cost savings through outsourcing, automation, Generative AI, and now Agentic AI. Her expertise spans designing operating models, embedding governance and risk frameworks, and enabling hybrid delivery models that seamlessly integrate automation with human oversight.
Known for her ability to architect and scale AI-driven operating models, Anu has successfully built and transformed global operations from the ground up. She has forged strategic partnerships to create resilient service delivery models while ensuring robust governance, compliance, and quality. Her focus on operational excellence has consistently translated into high client satisfaction and strong renewal rates.
A certified Independent Director (MCA), Stanford Graduate School of Business Leadership Program (GLP) alumna, and Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Anu brings together governance discipline, digital vision, and global execution expertise. Today, she is focused on advancing Agentic AI platforms and operations to redefine the future of enterprise delivery and business transformation.
