Ajay Vij is the Senior Country Managing Director of Accenture in India, responsible for leading the company’s strategy, operations, talent agenda, and growth in one of its most critical global markets. With deep, multi industry experience, he has played a key role in building India as a global nerve centre for innovation, large scale talent, and sustained value creation at Accenture in India. He is a member of the India Executive Council of NASSCOM and the India National Executive Board of AMCHAM.
