Vidya Munirathnam is Vice President, HR at Lowe’s India. In her role, Vidya leads the full range of human resources functions for Lowe’s India, including business partnering, total rewards, communications, talent acquisition, learning, culture and diversity. Additionally, Vidya oversees the expansion of global HR functions in India, which include HR systems, payroll and more.

Vidya holds a degree in engineering, complemented by an MBA and MBL, bringing in a unique combination
