Led by Swati Sharma, Chief Growth & Strategy Officer, Accenture LearnVantage, this masterclass introduces the AI Maturity Appraisal & Roadmap (AI-MAP) — an offering that combines Accenture's proven methodology, extensive research, and deep industry expertise with an evidence-based model developed by the Carnegie Mellon University Software Engineering Institute (CMU-SEI) to help organisations assess readiness and accelerate AI adoption at scale.
The model evaluates maturity across eight critical dimensions of AI readiness, while recognising that the path to AI transformation differs across industries such as Telecommunications, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Life Sciences, and others.
Structured as an interactive working session, participants will complete a short self-read before joining. The masterclass opens by revealing where the room collectively stands, explores common gaps between perception and reality, and examines the factors that enable some organisations to scale AI successfully while others struggle to move beyond pilots.
Drawing on the CMU-SEI model, Accenture's methodology, and industry experience, participants will see how an appraisal translates into a prioritised roadmap of quick
wins and bigger bets and will hear peers from across the C-suite share which dimension mattered most in their own journey.
